The Real Jesus - 1 John 1:1-4
John lived in a context where there was already great disagreement about who Jesus was, and we live in a time when that confusion and disagreement is even greater, and so we need to choose carefully who we are going to listen to about Jesus, because if we're wrong about Jesus, then ultimately we will be wrong about life, and truth, and destiny. John is perhaps the best positioned and best qualified to point us to the real Jesus because he knew him personally and loved him deeply.
